The movement never stops

Sport has always been a part of me.Soccer was my first love. It taught me discipline, teamwork, and passion. But life sometimes takes unexpected turns, and I had to give it up due to health issues.Even so, I never stopped moving.The gym, swimming, running... these are my ways of staying connected to myself. Because the body also speaks, and we must learn to listen to it.

At the end of my training day, I return home, have dinner and get ready for another very important part of my routine: study and transmissions. I like to share time with you, transmit, talk and create special moments through my live shows.

In addition to my studies, I am a very active person. I love training in the gym, dedicating time to my body and staying healthy. After resting for a few hours, I get ready to go to training, where I usually stay for about two hours, strengthening not only my physique, but also my discipline and perseverance.

I am currently a nursing student, a career that inspires me because it allows me to learn how to care for, help and serve those who need it most. Every morning starts very early for me: I usually wake up at 6:00 a.m., get ready and have breakfast before going to class at 7:00 a.m. My academic day ends at 12:00 p.m., and when I get home, around 1:00 p.m., I enjoy my lunch.

Before going live on Flirt4Free, I turn my room into a little ritual; I start with a few push-ups to get my body energized and wake up my muscles, then I jump into a shower that clears my mind and leaves my skin fresh, and when I step out, I choose my best underwear--the kind that makes me feel confident and ready for the show; after that, I set the lights, check the monitor until my reflection looks exactly the way I want, take a slow, deep breath... and in that quiet moment, when everything feels just right, I know it's time to go live and let the magic begin.
