The Weight of Silence

# The Weight of SilenceThere's something about this job that almost nobody talks about.People see the good days. The generous clients. The money. The moments when everything seems to flow effortlessly. But very few people talk about the silence.About sitting in front of a camera for hours, bringing your best attitude, hoping someone will walk into your room. Hoping someone will say hello. Hoping someone will want to know who you are.And when someone finally does come in... sometimes they don't even say a word. It's hard to explain the anxiety that creates.Because it's not just about waiting. It's about feeling like your time depends entirely on decisions you have no control over. Some days I find myself wondering if I'm actually working... or just watching the hours go by.The hardest part isn't having one slow day.The hardest part is wondering if tomorrow will feel exactly the same.I try to improve.I change my schedule.I change my room title.I change my attitude.I start conversations.I ask questions.I smile, even on the days I don't feel like smiling. And still... there are days when nothing seems to move. That's when this awful feeling creeps in--the feeling that I'm wasting my time. Not because I don't want to work.Quite the opposite.I want to work.I just want to feel that my effort is leading somewhere.I'm not expecting every visitor to spend money.I'm simply hoping to feel that there's a real person on the other side.A conversation.A laugh.A simple "hello."Anything that reminds me I'm not talking to an empty room.Sometimes I think the hardest part of this job isn't physical. It's mental. It's trying to stay optimistic while silence keeps you company for hours. And yet...Tomorrow I'll probably turn my camera on again. Not because it's easy. But because I still want to believe that the next person who walks into my room could completely change my day.

Two months since I started going to the gym

It's been two months since I started at the gym, and I not only feel stronger physically, but also more committed to myself.I have been focusing on defining my arms, chest and legs, and although the process is not immediate, the small advances are noticeable and fill me with pride.Beyond the physical, I feel like I'm building discipline, consistency and self-love.

Back at It: My First Day at the Gym Again

Yesterday, I finally made it back to the gym and honestly, it felt amazing. There's something about walking into that space again, hearing the clinking of weights and the low hum of treadmills, that instantly reminded me why I missed it so much.Getting back into a routine has also made me think more about my overall habits. It's not just about exercise I know I need to start eating more balanced meals.Less junk, more real food. I want energy, strength, and long-term results. This is the beginning of a journey, not a sprint. And I'm feeling more motivated than ever to take care of myself inside and out. Let's see where this leads!

My First Motorcycle Trip

Yesterday I had a completely new experience: my first motorcycle trip. It was an incredible experience. From the very beginning, everything felt different. The wind on my face, the sense of freedom, and best of all , the scenery. It's fascinating to see how nature blends with the city as you ride down the road.I traveled to a beautiful little town, full of charm and delicious food. I had an amazing barbecue, and to top it all off, I enjoyed some ice cream that I can still taste in my mind.It was my first time traveling like that, and I loved it. There's something special about motorcycles, you feel everything more closely, more intensely. I already want to do it again.

COFFEEEE!!!

Today I learned how to make my own coffee for the first time, and it really put me in a great mood. I'm not someone who take coffee every day, but sometimes I have it to help me wake up or simply because I crave its bitter taste, which I strangely find comforting. It was a simple moment, but a special one. I felt proud to prepare it myself and enjoy it calmly. Sometimes, it's the little wins in a day that bring the most joy to the heart :)
