I always have experienced a delay/ echo of my voice in Private C2C Soppirt says I should not even hear my voice in the show as they do not record it. Any clues would be helpful. Thanks! Quote

When you experience this does the model have their sound on as well? Do you know if you are hearing yourself from their speakers or if it is on your end only? - K.K. Quote

Hi. Yes the model has her sound on and is heard in delay. I was told that my voice should not be recorded? That was from live support yesterday. Thank you!

If the model is using speakers instead of a headset for audio, then your voice becomes a part of the model's broadcast. We cannot eliminate your voice from the broadcast and therefore, cannot eliminate your voice from the recording.
