Technical Support: Play & Pay Tipping

Has anyone else had issues with not being able to tip during a Play & Pay private show? The past few times I have used Play & Pay I have been told my tip is too large for my available credit. I have used Play & Pay numerous times in [ast and never had this issue till recentl.

At this time, you can only use Play & Pay for tips when you're in a private show. Thank you VSCustomerService for you response and email addressing the situation. Just to let you know It happened to me again today, and I replied to your email regarding circumstances etc.
Now my question for other forum members, am I the only one with this issue, or does it happen to be site wide, or randomly roaming around to a select few??
I welcome any input from others here..
