Technical Support: What’s up with the missing VODs
Ok. This has happened before. And it drives me nuts. A models bio lists videos available. So I click on it to see what is available, and poof, message appears to tell me model has no videos available at this time. What am I missing? And it’s not an inactive model, what’s up?

I think what happened is that you are talking about a model that had a private less than 24 hours previous. During this time only the member, that paid for the show has access to it. After 24 hours it will become available for the rest of the site members to see/ purchase, unless that model has his/her videos blocked.
