Hi, since I downloaded the latest Firefox update (117), it happens very often that when I am in a model's room, the CPU usage increases to values that overheat my laptop and cause the tab to crash sometimes. The models' video is even more laggy than usual, too. Yesterday, it used up so much memory that my entire system froze. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I don't have any such issues with other sites on the web, including pages that load very resource-intensive scripts. For instance, I can open 10 youtube videos in parallel tabs without getting remotely near this kind of CPU usage.

Apologies, as the browser has updated there may be extensions and other browser defaults that may be hindering you from accessing our site. We do recommend utilizing chrome when available. - GW

Thank you for the answer, but sorry, this should not be something to require from the user. I remember reading in the FAQs that Firefox was among the recommended browsers. Firefox is a major modern, and popular browser, and it's my default browser – the systemwide default. Having to install Chrome simply cannot be the solution. This seems to be the only camsite that supports only ONE single browser. Please fix this problem so that the site becomes usable with Firefox again.

With all due respect, being a customer who purchases several thousand credits every 1-3 weeks, I think we should be able to expect a solution here.

I run into the same problems using Chrome. It ain't the fault of Firefox, trust me on this one.

We've noticed a few of our users who are using ad blockers are experiencing unexpected hiccups while streaming on our platform, for example, the site is acting slow, overusing the CPU.

If you're using an ad blocker, it may be contributing to these issues. Specifically, we were able to confirm this with AdBlock/AdBlock Plus.

Could you kindly consider temporarily disabling your ad blocker while using our site and see if the issue improves? And/or switching to a different ad blocker if you were using AdBlock/AdBlock Plus?

Hi, I think the ad blocker issue only occurs on Chrome. In my case (Firefox) I am experiencing the same trouble without having any ad blocker enabled.

It’s dumbfounding you’re suggesting we should lower our security by disabling Adblockers, trackers, profilers. I’ve often experienced trojans and worms thanks to the garbage ads your company posts plus all the tracking sleuthing scripts. Furthermorey your affiliate traffic system not only suggest pædophilic sites via pop ups and ads but even redirects you to them. As well as providing redirecting to pay for sex / prosti tuition pages which could confuse many into treating broadcasters as ‘escorts’ I’ll never consider lowering my safety measures. So Adblockers effectively spare me from the illegal/ felonious redirects. You want me to turn off private relay too and stop blocking 3rd party interchange tracking cookies and scripts too. Please spare us the default responses and when this comment gets removed perhaps authorities fbi would treat us nicely while a redirect via VSMedia and is affiliated serve. I’m not going down for your exploits. Have some honest practices, such gall when you suggest we paying members make ourselves vulnerable for issues you’d need to be solving. It’s not once I’ve been redirected to human/ ċhi ld trafficking websites. I’ll keep the post screecapoed and this time it won’t be going to CS department of VSMedia. My :twocents
