The problem is on your end. It is literally the only site I am unable to connect to at present. I'm already sent a screencap to customer service. Quote
Now, I can connect to the site, but my VODs can't be viewed (they freeze every 15 seconds for about 5 seconds at a time.) I checked out several other websites, no problems whatsoever. My internet tested perfect, and the ISP's troubleshooter program said "Target site is inoperable."

It would make a lot more sense for Flirt to just say "yes, there seem to be some problems with the site" rather than their go-to response being "the problem's on your end." Do you think customers haven't tried other websites to see whether their computer or signal is having problems, or whether it's just Flirt? Just own up to it when something goes wrong. It's more honest.

Initially, yes. But one would hope you would be SMART ENOUGH to check and make sure that is NOT the case (by checking other sites, doing an internet test, etc.) BEFORE you conclude that it is F4F's problem. Or just Goo-Gull the website, and see if they have "problems" listed with it.
