Unable to Access a VOD that Recently Earned Me a Director's Cut
I have a VOD in my vault that earned me a Director's Cut this week. When I try playing that show I get the dark red ribbon message "invalid or missing recording ID". I'm surprised this show can be accessed by others, but I cannot, and I am the original customer. Quote
