My Email Subscription settings are:
Receive Subscriptions: Yes; Your Services: Girls;
Your Subscriptions (only those that are set to ON):
Director Cut Notifications; Model Emails; Model Favorite Notifications; Model Online Notifications; New Message Notifications; Promotions & Discounts.

I checked the settings last Sunday, Oct. 11th 2020. At that time "Receive Subscriptions:" was set to No, although I haven't touched it myself during the last three weeks.
I changed the settings back to - see above...
Since that I'm now getting again the "Model Emails", but I still don't get the "Model Online Notifications".

It looks like a few days ago, our E-mail Subscriptions went from active to inactive on your account because of a bounce.

If you ask to close your account, we do unsubscribe you from E-mail notifications.
Or, if you haven't opened up our E-mails in a while, this can also remove you from the notifications.

I never asked to close the account during the last 3.5 years.... Sorry. That should also be visible to admins in the system.
AND....
I already wrote that I have (re-)activated the notification settings again on October 11th 2020 and STILL DON'T GET the notifications. Quote
