Criteria for flirt of the year contest not defined for many categories
One funny or strange example of the actual contest which started today:
Eva Sin the superstar of the site in the past 2 years, who was Model of the month nearly every month apart of 2 or 3 months this summer, is number 1 in the overall categoriy (and in some other categories) what is very logic for me, when it is based on credits earned.
But how can it be, that she is only number 20 in the regional ranking for Romania? Number 1 worldwide but 19 romanian models are better then her?
I cannot see any logic in this. Quote
I was coming to ask the same question. Thank you for your answer, but that isn't how it was in past years?

For example "stamina": Is this based only on the hours a model is logged in here and has it nothing to do with credits? Quote

It actually has stayed the same. The only contest that changed this year was Viewer's Choice by adding the rounds and changing up the prize structure. Everything with Credit Level, Regional, Categories, Overall stayed the same however.
There's a rules page too if you want to see any more of the specifics - https://www.flirt4free.com/foty/#open-foty-rules Quote
Well, this rule page does not give an answer to the 2 issues I raised in this thread. So it needs to be updated to reflect complete information.

I am constantly explaining the rules to models I visit. One studio has a monitor who either can't read or is intentionally telling the models wrong information. One model today INSISTED to me that, on Multiplier Day, he actually receives the multiplied credits in his pay, not just counted that way in competing in FOTY.
One longtime model (has been here the 2+ years I have been here) I visited today ... I said I would vote for him, and he said "Oh, I never bother with that s****. They make it too complicated, and it is not worth the effort."
And another male model, who is notorious for having party chats that simply show an EMPTY ROOM for hours and hours (his parties never time out, apparently an agreement with his studio) is in the Top 20 in Party category. Golly, what a surprise. Uh, shouldn't he be disqualified, at least in that category? Quote

None of the categories are based on time other than Stamina. Any models ranking for Party Chat are ranking due to tips earned in Party Chat so someone's access to party or not that doesn't give them an advantage.

I have to disagree. If he can start a party chat and leave it going FOR HOURS AND HOURS without having to worry about timing out, he can set ridiculous tip goals (4 or 5 digit goals were the norm in his room) and go and do something else. People stop by, and tip. It does add up.
By comparison, a model who PLAYS BY THE RULES has a reasonably-low tip goal, so it won't be as likely to time out. And, if it does time out, he can't start a Party again for a half hour (I think that is the rule) And he is actually having to BE THERE in the room, not just put a totem figure on his empty chair and leave the room. A "self-service" (unmanned) never-ending party chat definitely has an UNFAIR advantage.

Why? Why do you feel it is your job to explain the rules to models? Especially when you clearly don't understand them yourself. You are not their handler, if they can't take the time to read, understand or ask questions clearly they don't care enough about the contest and chances are they are so far out of the running for the prizes, it doesn't matter. Trust me, the top models know what they are doing. The rest are just there to fill out the field and help build the prize pot for the top models to win.

He's right. He has come to terms and accepted the fact that he just can't compete with the top models, only you can't realize that it isn't important to him.

Flirt4Free gave you a response but yet you disagree? You know better? LMAO

You say yourself right there in the last line that " People stop by, and tip". Duh, if people tip the party continues, that is how party chat works. This model obviously knows what he is doing. He knows who is in his room ( you don't) and he knows that if he sets a high goal what he does and doesn't have to do to reach it. If he can walk away and his sugar daddy will keep the party going, good for him. He isn't cheating anyone. F4F told you party chat contest isn't based on time it is credit based. As long as he has earned a large amount of credits while in party chat he is eligible to win that category. Obviously he IS someone that has read and understands the rules, unlike yourself, who is constantly complaining that you don't understand contest and always asking for clarification.

I saw it and have to say that now the categories are really clear and the rules transparent. Good work!

Try reading my post again. The model is NOT IN THE ROOM ... heck, he is possibly not even in the building! He sets a party with huge goals, puts a figurine on the chair, darkens the room, and leaves.
I have intentionally stayed in the room for up to a half hour, just to see what happens. NOBODY tips during that time, and the party continues. I check back TWO HOURS later, and the same thing. It was confirmed that this model's studio has a "deal" with F4F that his parties NEVER time out, regardless of tipping. And he used that advantage to have a party going almost every minute his account is online.
Unsure if he is still doing it, since I no longer follow him. But - IMO - he should not be allowed to win anything in the PARTY category because of his actions. Quote

I did read your post and the last line you say people stop by and tip.
Time is irrelevant, he is obviously getting the credits during party minutes or he wouldn't be highly ranked.
Seriously you worry too much about these contest that don't affect you.
When are you going to realize that these contest were created just to give members a reason to tip over and above what they normally would?
The model's job is to get you to care, and you fall for it.
Just enjoy the website, whoever you visit and don't get drawn in by this nonsense that doesn't concern you.
You are not a model, the rules are meaningless to you.
You don't have to reach goals. Your job is to enjoy yourself and have fun. Stop worrying so damn much.

But - you know that contest is not about fairness - it is just about money. If sugardaddy spends enough to make him win VS won't care about the how. Main thing is money coming in. Since I can remember FOTY - no matter which cathegory - never was about the most popular model, it always was about the best cash cow

Precisely, Flirt4Free creates these contest to generate revenue. To get members to spend more money, buy more credits and spend on models they care about.
The goal of the model is to get more credits than the others. Obviously for this guy, gets more than the rest. It doesn't matter how he does it, he is making more money for the website and he is being rewarded for his work. You may not like it, but then again you aren't the one receiving the profits.
When are you going to understand that Flirt4Free knows what they are doing.

Since I didn't understand anything you said except that you think there should be rewards for us, there is. Every week Flirt4Free raffle off 5000 credits to random members and most weeks they remember to post the winner's name.
