Technical Support: New Chat Layout?
Not sure it's a good thing losing chat space to the newly relocated Top function (especially since Virtual Gifts do not show up, for me anyway). I suppose that since that space is used when in Party mode, probably not a big deal and in theory provides more screen for the model video while tipping (and seemingly permitting tips during Groups.

Hello, the Virtual Gifts bug should be fixed now - please refresh if you still don't see them, and apologies for the temporary issue. We did make these changes to remove the two-steps to tip when not in party that some users found annoying and then also to lessen covering the video when tipping and the loss of video in Group Shows that has been brought up as well. Please let us know if you experience any other issues!

One complaint. The GIFTS no longer are labeled as to what they are, Not always identifiable from the illustrations.
HOWEVER, if you place the cursor over the illustration, it tells you what it is.

If you are neither the donor nor the recipient, why do you need to know how much the gift was?

Uh, try reading my post again. I said you can't identify WHAT IT IS, not HOW MUCH it is. (And the price is right under it.)
And, obviously, if you are looking at the screen to buy a model a gift, you DO wan to know what you are buying.

The name of the gift is on the hover in the menu - if it's not working for you, please let us know the device and browser.

He knows that, he just likes to post complaints. In his original post he said "if you place the cursor over the illustration, it tells you what it is."
