I think some of the newbies here mistake this for Live Support... just for the record, if you go to bottom of this page and click on "Live Support" you will be able to live chat with support that will be able to assist you. I would do it on a weekday and not on weekend as the more experienced techs on duty and you're more likely to get resolved, or at least satisfactory instruction/assistance..
Jut my n-n-n-n-n 5 cents worth.
