Technical Support: Time lag
When recording shows there is a time lag between the video and audio. I realise it is a connection issue, but is there anything I can do about it? The recordings on playback are fine.

I’ve found that if I refresh my browser just before I enter show it helps with lag time. Nothing will totally eliminate it, but usually helps for my connection anyway! I’ve got 500 mbs internet connection which is best we get in my area. Good improvement but ver the 200 mbs I had a year ago!
