Hello, thanks again for reaching out to us in the Forums. Unfortunately at this moment it seems the newest iOS update for Apple devices has been giving us a bit of trouble. This issue appears to be isolated to iOS version 15.1. We are working on a fix for this to be issued as soon as possible. We will suggest to use another device if you are able to, for the moment.
