Technical Support: Cam2Cam not working

I was in Members Only mode and the C2C just wouldn't connect.
I exited, cleared my cookies, signed back in and re-entered Members Only Mode ... but the issue was the same.
I'm using Chrome and my software is up to date with no 3rd party blocks or anything like that. This is a new issue. Quote

Ah! My computer was connecting to my phone instead of my router. The intermittent connection wasn't allowing for certain functionalities, like the cam.
That was 100% my bad.

I had the same issue yet customer service is not available by telephone tonight; I've called the 1800-685-9236 twice tonight. My Cam2cam test always comes back successful yet the mic does not work so the model cannot hear me.---Fifties

cam2cam not working in an open room although my webcam feed was showing here. Model said there was no camera icon at the side of my name to show him that I was transmitting. Went private and whilst model said he could now see me on camera in the pvt room, in my chat I kept getting messages that he had stopped viewing. After the show he confirmed that there had been no break in my camera transmission in the show but now back in open room he could not see it.
My Show Camera Feed was visible to me here.
