I exited, cleared my cookies, signed back in and re-entered Members Only Mode ... but the issue was the same.
I'm using Chrome and my software is up to date with no 3rd party blocks or anything like that. This is a new issue. Quote

Ah! My computer was connecting to my phone instead of my router. The intermittent connection wasn't allowing for certain functionalities, like the cam.
That was 100% my bad. Quote
