I've watched the processing time jump as high as 17 hours today. It is currently at a 10 hour delay but could jump again, depending on the size of the files in the queue. Your recording should be in your vault tonight.

i for one and not happy that my vods are gone.. theyre purged now.. because the model has no vods at all and theyre not " shared" that i will NEVER be able to retrieve them. because the model doesnt even want any of her vods open... thats fine. but my power score being negative 8k from 10k for a few days... i like my vods and its gonna make me wanna do pvts with models who keep vods. It seems if we complain by email we get the brush-off

I am currently waiting on an 83 minute private to post. It has been right around 21 hours since it ended. Usually I have them in a couple of hours.
I recently lost a 45 minutes show with no explanation, other than we aren't paying for the video, just the private which is B.S. as a VIP I am paying twice, once to create the show and a second time for VIP rights to view it.
And on a different but related topic, why as a VIP were some of my shows purged? Guys, check your catalogue

It's been 5 days but finally someone, thank you Ashlee, has looked into the issue and resolved it.
Ashlee, I want you to know that I appreciate you. I wish I could say the same about all of customer service, but the fact is a lot of reps will just close this with a standard " not all privates are recorded" email just to shut the member up. Ashlee did her job and I hope everyone else that got their missing videos has the same appreciation for you as I do.
And if Ashlee's boss reads this, please recognize her for her commitment to serving the customer. Quote
