This is so odd... I do log in normally to the site and when I get redirected to the main page again, it says "Login" in the upper right corner again. I have the same problem on my laptop, my phone, my computer. I deleted all the cache and cookies to try and fix it. No success. So I guess there is something wrong on your end? Is someone else experiencing it as well with Firefox?

It only says login on the main page. When I then go to the login screen and log in again, I get redirected to the control panel which works just fine. I am logged in on all sites here except for the main page...

Hello thank you for reaching out to us here in the Forums. When you are exiting the website, if you do not log out when closing the page, then there is a change you may appear as logged in when you open the page again later that day or the next day. Usually clearing the cookies and cached images will solve this so it shows you as logged out. From what you describe it sounds as if the main page updates to show that you are logged in after you open other pages on the site.

If you log out of the site before you close the webpage, then it should show you as logged out when you open the main page the next day. Make sure to update the web browser and device please. You can try another browser to see if this appears the same on another browser as well. -CP

I cleared my cache and my cookies, I use the newest version of Firefox on Windows 10.... Normally there was no issue with me being logged out when I closed the browser and reopened it since I didnt want to stay logged in on this site. However when I then enter my login data, I am redirected to the main page showing as not logged in. It only happens in Firefox, in Google Chrome it works fine. I dont know if its something on my end or on your end, however, if it works on Chrome, I have a workaround that is good enough for me.

Hi try logging out when you close the page so that when you open the page later it shows you as officially logged out. After updating the web browser please close the browser and restart the device. Some software will not complete updates until the device is restarted.
