Exactly that, you can almost draw it up ya know lol. It's like watching a scripted reality show. With every answer they copy and pasted/rehashed the same lines yeah. I read other posts on this forum too who got the same treatment/scripted answers.

This has happened several times in the past 8 years. Initially it is met with the scripted answer about there is no guarantee, blah blah blah. You're paying for the private not the VOD (bullsh1t). There was some error in your recording, more BS.
What it is, is the videos processing got jammed and you just need one of the more intelligent reps to come online, understand what the problem is, and fix it. And no way this will happen on the weekend or once the day shift has gone home.
I too am waiting for a VOD, and I will start a new thread in the technical thread, because it has a better chance of getting read than an existing thread.
Please look for it and pile on your complaints there. Once someone of knowledge reads it there, you will start seeing your VODs coming out.
