I had issue similar to what you've described here on my iPhone 13. I cleared cache and shutdown and restarted and still had issues. I checked and there was at the time an update for iOS16.3. I downloaded and installed that and didn't notice any difference first time or two I tried to use it. After about a week I tried again and all was good, video/audio etc worked as normal, and c2c video and audio was back to normal. I just noticed today there's a new update for 16.3.1 .. I'm waitin' to see if I have any more issues before I update this time.
