I don't believe there is any contract for being a VIP, nor is providing tolerable video viewing.
Flirt will tell you that there is no guarantee that you will get a VOD with every private. You are Paying for the private not the video. As a VIP you are given access to the video, if the video is made.
You should check what you are promised for becoming a VIP instead of making up your benefits.

That contract lists as one element of consideration from F4F to the customer "Get unlimited access to your recorded shows." The "shows" of course are the customer's private sessions with models. Currently those shows are not accessible due to constant buffering.. If I were F4F's lawyer, and I most definitely am not, i would worry about a California or federal court civil action on contract where the common elements of a class action would be easy to establish.
