I think I posted this in another forum post some time back. I had that problem come up once before. I contacted "LIve Support" chat line (located at bottom of this page) and told them the situation. If I remember correctly, they told me that if the notification emails are batch deleted and not opened, they will eventually stop being automatically sent. They did a reset and I went to my settings and changed my email to another email address I had, waited 24 hours and changed it back to the one I use, reset all my favorites and notification preferences and after 24-48 hours I was receiving my notifications again. I have 2 active accounts with different email addresses and it happened to both at very close to the same time. This process worked to reset both back to receiving notifications and rewards points.
I don't know if was "Live Support" or what I did that corrected the issue, but all has been good since.. That happened bout year and half, two years ago...
