Technical Support: Mic in PVT not working

Hi, my mic is no longer working in PVT. I'm using Chrome, have cleared the cookies, the pop-ups are enabled, the camera is enabled, the line in(built-in) (for a headphone) is enabled. I've reached out to Customer Service at 1800-685-9236 twice earlier tonight but could not get through. This was the first time no one answered the phone. Where do I go for assistance with the mic in PVT?---Fifties
