Hello everyone,
I thought I would just try to get a little feed from all you as to why do 80% of you come in to models rooms & not even at least speaks??
I mean I understand some are shy & being discreet, but we cant see who you are (physically) so saying a simple hello shouldn't hurt.
I am interested in finding out the problem or issue lol.....

well there have bee a few posts relating to this ,and a few thoughts on it too .

I guess there may be a few different reasons , could be that a guest just wants to check out a model to see if he or she id of interest to them , and at that time they may not want to engage with a model .

Somwtimes if you are with one model and he or she leaves the guests get kicked to another models room ... the guest have no controll over this so they may just close down their browser at this point , so you see there nick and then they dissapear.

I dont really get the Shy thing , cos no one can see you or knows who we are , so Im not really sure why one would be shy .

Having said that I do think when possible it is nice to say hello to the models ..even if it is just a "hi" ..its better than nothing.

Butttt as a member, u cant get a feel for a performers personality when the whole room is refusing to speak. Im a totally diff person when i have my boys and gals in the room and we are having a convo. there are nights when i try and try to engage people in convos and they refuse to say a peep. This makes the night dull and kills my mood. Can u imagine being us and practically begging yall to speak and getting no response? This silence issue has become more and more frequent lately and it causes alot of us to cut or hours shorter because there is only so much u can do to amuse your self in this situation! :orglaugh

Pulease at least say hi!!!

))))..so i guess the problem is at the MODELS WHO STAY NAKED IN FREECHAT SHOWING ALL!!! what is the use to talk to someone when u see a model doing free stuff ????

Here is a question about the other side of this coin. I was wondering how models and customers feel about rooms where there is lots of chatting going on. Over the years I have known a few models who were great and attracted a room full of "regulars" and it was a virtual party. Does it hurt your chance to get a pvt? With the economy like it is now, pvts are getting very hard to come by and I worry for my friends here. Sometimes I catch myself doing this and will consciously limit myself to seeing my nick in the chat stream to only one or two times, but it is fun to chat and get to know someone.

So many wonder why visitors don't talk much in open rooms? Tonight I went into two different model rooms. I replied to the initial Hi, how are you etc. 3 lines. They then asked me to go pvt. I declined and said I don't go pvt the first time I meet a model. (One of them has been here a while) I was then told. "Fine, you can leave now. Good bye." The other one asked "Then why are you still here wasting my time? Go now." Reactions like this and you even wonder why so many are quiet? I realize not all models are like this. However, there are MANY visitors who have never read these forums. They don't realize all models aren't the same. They quietly watch and wait to see who seems nice, or whom is to their liking what ever that may be.

A smile and a friendly welcome may help break the ice, but after being treated like I was tonight ... and I have been on here for a LONG time, I don't blame other visitors for being so quiet. :drinkup

Just a thought but how would you models feel being treated like that? :bulb

I too recently had an encounter like Pete is quoting. I stopped in the models room and said hello, and shortly later was asked if I wanted to pvt. I replied that I could not go that day and the model said nearly the same thing. I stayed around for a bit longer and he asked me why I was staying and I told him I wanted to see if he was someone I would like to get to know. Also I said that I was not asking to see anything or asking anything of him. His reaction was interesting, he did not get mad, said a few things about people always asking for things in open room, but then logged off without saying anymore. Now I'm no stranger to privates as my credit card can testify :orglaugh

, but I do have my favorite guys and usually try to spend my credits in their rooms. Also the frustration of spending many hours in a room without getting someone to pvt you is understandable to me, so no hard feelings. But you aren't going to become a new favorite guy for me like that. Best wishes to him though, he shall remain nameless here.

Just a couple of thoughts on this linked to what has already been said. I will always say hello when i go in a room but often I get no reply from the modelsor as others have said i am immediately asked for private. Now i understand why it would be frustrating to have all the free guys coming in asking people to immediately show themselves naked. But as someone who buys private time I have to say it is a complete turnoff if the model immeiadtely asks me to go private or then is not interested. I like to be a little turned on and sure i like the guy (personality as well as looks) before I spend time and money on him but some models aren't interested i that. For anyone who wants a lesson on how to avoid this silence i would refer you to Marko Anthony's room. There are great conversations in there between Marko and the guys as a group. The only time he ever talks about going private is if he is asked is for stuff he cant show in open session but he still seems to get plenty of sessions. I went private with him for the first time cos he charmed the pants off me and I enjoyed the general chit chat as well as the sex talk. I just couldn't leave that room without cumming with him and will do again. So in short models have a role to play in having better banter in the rooms because it only takes one or two to make a culture where people think its not worth speaking.

Do you really want to know why many guests prefer to remain quiet I will tell you why! I just left the open room of a model, who shall remain nameless, and here was the dialogue:

Model: Hi Trent
Trent: hello
Model: How are you?
Trent: I am good, thnx...and you?
Model: ASm good too. Wanna have some fun action in pvt?

I believe he is new; this was the first time I was visiting his room. First of all, I personally don't like being called BB, and secondly, I resent being hustled, especially when he never even gave me the slightest chance to get to know him. I feel no choice, therefore, than to join the ranks of the quiet people in the shadows. BTW, I am a regular privater.

I hope this answers the question of the model who started this thread.

A busy room with a chatty not pushy host is always a sign of a very successful model. :drinkup

Case in point, if you want to see the perfect hosts and two of the busiest models here with
well over 2200 and 1800 VOD's respectively,just spend a few minutes with Conrado or Zalmoxe. :thumbsup

(Also Haddess,Arcady and a couple more whose names scape my memory..)
They are the most friendly,charming and accommodating hosts and the chat varies from music to body building,art,philosophy,sports,love,science.puppies,weather etc.etc. :bowdown

They makes everyone feel welcomed and NEVER need to push for a private. :guitar

.They all have a big following of steady fans and clients.
After a few minutes in open room they disappears into private many times per shift. :jerkoff

Their secret? :bulb

Charming,warm,engaging,educated,friendly and lots of fun besides stunning and very sexy,also smart because visitors and clients become FRIENDS and friends never abandon you.....

This is an excellent thread with great responses from both models and customers.

This is my third day now on the site so I haven't as much experience as the rest of you guys, but I will say that I make it a point to say hello as soon as I enter a room and try to keep/get a chat going. The fact is that I would like to get to know a model before doing anything in private as that just seems the right thing to do, otherwise I feel as if I am treating someone as an object to be used and discarded.

But, I love to talk. Other customers may feel as if they are bothering or may not have very well developed social skills. I mean, let's be honest, not everyone on an adult model site is comfortable interacting with others in real life, hence their hiding behind the anonymity of the internet. Not that I am judging!

I am willing to bet that most models treat customers as objects to be USED and DISCARDED, judging from the stories I have read, and have heard about, in these very forums.

Actually erte, I think I agree with you.
But that is why I make it a point to get to know a model before I go to private. If they are really friendly nice people, I will spend my credits on them. Otherwise, I back out of people's rooms. :evil

Not long ago I visted the room of a beautiful young model that I'd admired for months but had never gotten to know. As far as I could tell I was his only guest. We had a pleasant conversation for maybe fifteen minutes, after which I took him private for twenty. He gave a great performance, and my inclination was to take him again in the future.

In the waning seconds of the show I told him I'd like to chat with him a little more in the open room. I intended to tell him what a great performer he was and assure him I would see him again soon.

After the show he immediately took a ten-minute break, understandable, and fine with me. When he was back online he didn't say hello or thank you or anything at all to me. He was fiddling with a mobile phone. After a few minutes he called someone and laughed and chatted with him or her for at least ten minutes. Not once did he even seem to look at my comments on the screen. When the call ended he logged out without saying either hello or goodbye.

Before I visited him I had wondered how a model as attractive as he is and who is often online, didn't have more VODs. Now I know.

Knowing I wouldn't take him private again on that shift he felt no need to acknowledge my chat. It probably hasn't occurred to him that while I wouldn't have taken him private again on that shift, by his rudeness he had forfeited future private shows. :mad
