So I'm heading out on the town in a few minutes,I have a feeling it's gonna be a big night,so guys and gals any tips for the best way to handle the wicked hangover I'll have in the morning..heheh

Drink some gatorade or try to rehydrate yourself before you crash for the night, it won't get rid of it all together, but you'll feel WAY better because of it.

That or when you get up in the morning, eat whatever the hangover tells you too. The morning/afternoon hangover hunger is not the time to say "we don't negotiate with terrorists."

I drink a couple of bottles of water and take 2 tylenol or motrin right before i go to bed.

But here is an interesting one that i have heard of, but never tried......
An 82 year old man ( who is a heavy drinker) told me that after getting shit faced he eats a gallon of ice cream b4 bed and it cures hangovers. He swears by it. lol. Yes he is old and wise but If i were to be that drunk and ate a bunch of ice cream i would probably puke my face of.

If you try it then let me know how it works out. Im dying to know

Belly well in my country we have saying that "best cure is prevention" or I can quote Lenny from movie Rock'n'rolla "think before U drink" :angel

So my cure is that I dont drink at all, that equals no hangovers at all :thumbsup

U might find me weird but I didnt touched alcohol for over 5 years, I just dont need it, I can have fun without it, and people around me enjoys my company too and almost aleays Im the entertainer of the evening! U just need to learn to let go, not to care what others think about U, not to get defined by what others think about U, because it is perfect YOU what those who really likes U likes about U! But hey, there are many ways to live your life and I made quite a lot mistakes while livin mine, so I dont feel like I could preach to anyone, Im just expressing what works for me and its one of the reasons why I LOVE my life!
So I cheer to U with Ice tea and U can have what U like, I dont mind at all :drinkup

He he Bally, I just twigged the problem.

When us models read the forums we are reading it on a a very very pale background, whereas you guys get a dark grey. So yellow on our screen is hard to read and nearly sick inducing! lol
