Ok so I am a nosey so and so, But I always get intrigued as to where peoples screen names come from. Today I had the lovel;y dogpoot in my room. Now I am English and don't speak American very well, I had no idea that poot meant Fart!!!
So I was so intrigued as to why someone would name themselves DogFart, (in case you were interested he has a toy dog that poots/farts when you squeeze it)

So I really want to know where you name comes from, I want answers from visitors and models too (though visitors names tend to be more fun)

I'll start with my obvious one

EssexBoy - I am a boy from Essex in the UK (Yawn I know boring!)

O'tay 'Panky. I'll go for it, although mine's pretty obvious as well -Viking. About the same as yours. I'm Norwegian and I'm a true Berserker (doesn't mean quite the same in English as it does in Norwegian. It's originally a Norwegian word). So I call myself viking. You'll see variations of my nick all over. But then again, there are thousands of gay vikings, so it's a common nick.

Ballycallan is the name of a small village in Ireland where I lived for many many years .... I joined many many years ago and I did not really even think about the nickname.

But I would not change it now .. I will always be Bally ..lol

Mine came as a part of real name, I am from the south so we have lots of name ...'Bobby Sue Lucy Tracy Smith'. I am like a cat, and who likes Lucinda as a sex name? LOL

Interesting topic. I chose mine for a couple of reasons. I like the song "Blackbird" by the Beatles / Paul McCartney. Beautiful song. Also, my name is Merle which means blackbird in french.
A year or so ago people started calling me Crow which is a name I use mostly in Demonte's room.

When I originally came to this site I was actually invited here by a model friend (never knew about this site back then) that was best friends with my then girlfriend... So back then I used any nickname because the friend always knew it was me ..

The origin of the nickname Purgatory started actually in a model's room Shantel, we became friends and chatted most days there when my friend was online and she said to me hey pick one name so she knew who I was in the chat... Well we both came up with many funny and silly names and then she said something and another model said something in another room, one said she was from hell when asked where she was from and other funny enough said heaven... So I picked the middle ground and came in the room as Purgatory and she said that was a great nickname and says suits my personality (still not sure how to take that to this day lol) and she also explained to me that in her country a short form of the word purgy or something like that means in a cuddly way snow storm... and well it stuck ever since and I kept it in memory of Shantel because she was a really great person with a good heart and so was her sister when they both worked here in past..

So thats how I got stuck with that nickname ..

Heh, well mine came from my semi pro snowboarding era, when I was also tagging walls and stuff =) And my nick names(and also tag signatures) were "Jesus" and "Sax". And I dont wanna offend religious part of U guys and my since once upon a time I do my best to look sexy, so my name is combination of Sax & Sexy = Saxie :angel
