I was in a models chat room last night and a couple of members/chatters/users came in and started to rip on another model Big time. They went on and on. The model (Whos room we were in) tried his best to get them to stop but they wouldn't. So he banned them. I think he handled the situation correctly. I also think that the members with the bad behavior should get it in thier heads that it is in apropriate to go into a models room and just bash the heck out of another model. If you don't like a model AAAA don't go into model BBBB's room and monopolize the chat by ripping on model AAAA. It's model BBBB's chat room. :twocents

Well, even if you try to put a positive spin on it (wich I can't, because it was just too cruel) even if, It still has no place in a third party, un involved models chat room. Certainly you wouldn't want some one to come to your room and monopolize the conversation by talking non stop bad things about another model. They should be in your chat room to see you :twocents

I agree completely. The last comment I made there was more of a "fuck 'em anyway" sentiment being expressed jokingly towards the shit-talkers. :angel

In any event, unless the model whose room you're in brings them up, it's best to leave other models out of the conversation. :drinkup

Good to see the model using the banning option. However, I wonder if he couldn't have killed off the disrespectful private conversation much earlier by using the silence option.

Just silencing one of the members once (which lasts for 5 minutes) would be very effective. It could also be fun for the model: bad member 1 doesn't know he has been silenced and bad member 2 doesn't know where bad member 1 has gone...

It happened in my chat room.

I actually did only "silence" them. I save banning only for those that pop in and spam the room with hate like: "look at the old ugly troll!" hehehe. And I only silence them after a couple of warnings.

It seems like there are members who relish in the idea of causing drama when entering a model's room. When venom spills from the tongue, it may cause viewers to feel uncomfortable and shield away from the model's room. I don't know if these members had a bad experience with a particular model. Even so, this type of behavior is not appropriate when it monopolizes an entire room. If something needs to be discussed, perhaps an email would suffice. Open chat should be a fun experience for all......save the drama for your mama. :thumbsup

I was talking about this last night...

There seem to be people that come to this (or any other) website and think to themselves, "OMG! There are people here! I get to start shit and play them against each other!" It's ridiculous.

Have positive, in the moment, fun. Support the models in whatever way you earnestly feel is appropriate. That's pretty much all you have to do to enjoy yourself on this website.

I often read threads similar to this and I think to myself I have been very lucky thus far I've been floating around on this site (rather like a semi-dirigible)for a few years and I've never seen any such behaviour. All of the models and customers I've met in live chat have all been rather nice.

I hope more people will be aware that if performers use the silence option they could avoid the difficult and unpleasant situation which Homo_Erectus described. There is no need for any private conversation in a performer's room to go "on and on"

we all have our favorite model's and we all have model's we don't like for one reason or another
so if you don't like some one stay out of there room. going into the model's room and bashing them or going into another .model's room and bashing another model just show's you have no class.

Thanks Chinmusic, the feeling is mutual, always enjoy reading your posts. Actually I think we have been in the same room together once or twice, if my memory serves (and it often doesn't)it was Thaylor C's room (That smiling, joking, muscular ball of Colombian energy, who I believe has moved on to green and pleasant pastures new). I use a specific name for posts and another one for everything else. This name is in fact the result of a mistyping, I had just listened to a piece of music - The poet and peasant overture and was going to put Von Suppe, but I was more than a little merry and my hand to eye coordination was out.

(Definitely off topic, apologies all)
