Do you mean login to your room as a customer and see how it looks from that end ?

You can use this link and click the guys section in the right top corner and look for yourself when you are online and click your room and you will see the grey (free guests) users view of the site. As members we have a better view of the site and can resize the video, have a white or gold name unique to us and other things. It's free to become a white member so maybe worth creating a customer account to see the full site in it's full glory.

If you mean you want to watch your own VODS that have been created while you had privates, they will take time to be encoded and added to your model profile to view or edit their names or remove them, etc.

Your model profile (BIO) that we see :-

Jay, no offence man, but I think you should get a grip on your urge to post here.

For technical support issues there is a "Technical Support"-Forum.
