imacumluvr, that's probably because he has your country or state or area blocked

...That means he has your area (State, Country, etc.) blocked. Probably for personal reasons.

OJ and Phil,

I know it is off topic, or at least towards Nicky Martin and imaculuvr, but I will take my chances:

If you did a show with a certain model, you made it your favourite and after two weeks to try to acess his room, and only a list of other models will be shown to you, would that be a blocking of area, country or so as well or did that model left?

Sorry for asking stupid questions...!

MLB : it's not relevant that you did a show with the model or made him your favorite

If you can access the model's bio it means he has not blocked your country or state or area. You will be able to see when the model was last online, but this doesn't tell you whether he has left or not

If you get a message like the one imacumluvr described when you try to access the model's bio it means the model has blocked your country or state or area and you won't be able to access his room when he is online

There is no way to tell for sure if a model has left

MLB, I have experienced what you describe but only when I try to access the performer's bio page. Then the other models' pictures that appear are those who are in the same catagory of the one you were trying to view, i.e. "muscle". In this case the model has left. But you said you were trying to access their room with that result. To that I do not know, sorry. When your area is blocked a message has always appeared, in my experience.

I always thought, that if a model left, you get an error message in any case saying that no model can be found or so. But you are right with the descripton that by trying to get to the Bio Page, all the other models in this category show up.

I just wonder: How did you figure the right category in your example Asti? :winkwink

There is no way to tell for sure if a model has left

I assumed that if the model no longer appears when you browse through the huge alphabetical thumbnail list in the Webcam Directory (under the Bios tab) then the model must have left the site.

I think blocked performers still appear there (I have just checked one out) but you get the message which imacumluvr quoted in post #2.

Generally that's true Ronnie, but it's possible for a deleted bio to be reinstated and for the model to appear online again after you have scanned the bios

And unless a model's bio is manually deleted by the model or his studio, the bio will continue to appear for about a year after the model has left the site before it is automatically deleted by VS
