A lot of well meaning, nice people go into a private show with a model that they like physically and or as a "friend". When they get into the private show, the chatter is too shy or reserved to ask for what they really want to see. In fact, it is awkward for the model to be taken into private, and the chatter has nothing significant nor interesting to say. The models DO want to make their viewers happy.

By going into a party, other tippers in the room who are not so timid will ask for things that the timid person might be too shy and reluctant to ask for, but they DO want also.

The "party" type of sexy shows has become very popular on the internet. In fact, there are a considerable amount of people who will tip models just to be nice. In the past, I was a HUGE tipper when my income was big. I don't make much money anymore so I have cut back. BUT there are people with money out there who don't have a problem tipping the models that they like.

I have had the experience of tipping a model only to have the administrator close the party because of not enough tips. Kind of soured me on party chat.

I usually agree with everything Phil_USA says.. but I have found that many models do very well with the party chats. William Haley makes a fortune with them.

The number and amount of tips a model gets in party chat is not an indictor of how much they get to keep. I think it is rude to speculate on a model's actual income but I also think its safe to say it is not a fortune.

Phil is absolutely right. Even the most successful parties have a high percentage of non-tippers. Quite often there are just 2 or 3 people doing most of the tipping.

It is very interesting to look at the gift list in the model bios to see the tips they receive in party chat. When the list changes from Credit Tip to Credit Party Tip that gives an idea of how many tips were made at a particular party.

I have seen cases where a single tipper has given more in party tips than they would give for a 15 minute private show. They might only do that once with a particular model. The next party can just as easily have no tippers and get an automatic time-out.

Party chat could go by the way side and I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. There's just something about many benefiting from the efforts of a few I don't agree with.

I would like it if the site could develop a way to eject all from the room who haven't tipped after their first 30 seconds in a party while allowing tippers to stay for a set amount of time based on the dollar value of their tips. Those who were ejected could reenter after five minutes but be subject to the time limit again. This would be similar to when models could kick members out of their room for 2 minute intervals. (Btw is this still in practice after the return of banning?)

Maybe that is too complex a system. I'm sure many won't agree with the suggestion but it would cut down on the freeloaders.

Parties have taken away from this site since they have started. There are only a handful of models that actually have made them work for them.

All-in-all, Flirt could do away with them, and I wouldn't be upset.

If anything.. I think you will find that private shows go away and party chats become the norm.

Way back in the stone age of cyber porn, it was not uncommon to have several HUNDRED people watching ONE live room! Now, having a room with 4 or fewer viewers is quite common. It used to be almost funny in a way.. in the old days, a solo or duo show would be going on, and as soon as the show got to the point where cum was about to fly, the room would get so flooded with people that EVERYONE'S video would suffer and it would become a slide show or lock up completely. The reason for that is, during the early parts of the show, people would be logging into the show and logging out (leaving). Once the action heated up, people would continue to log in, but nobody left!

Huh? TC how about an explanation for your explanation. You say private shows have greater problems, plural but then only mention one. True it can be a hassle for models to get members into a private but one only need look at the site's main page to see several private shows are usually going on at the same time. Besides if a model has a good personality and rapport with their room then getting a private is easier. I don't know what stone age cyber porn was like but you describe what sounds like multiple people entering the shows causing video trouble. (sounds like party chat to me). Well now only one is in a "private" show unless there are voyeurs too and I have never had video trouble during a private. Yes I have witnessed open rooms getting bogged down from high volume but that isn't what you said had troubles. You stated it was the shows having the problems. If that is the case I think it would be parties suffering from the influx of members and not private shows.

Listen, I think Party Chat is fine, but I also think it might be worth making some changes or maybe using it for special weekends or something. In general, when a model goes to party, I leave when I can't tip unless a model has specifically told me to stay. I also get annoyed when I am the only one tipping and no one else does. So, usually, I'm never the first tipper anymore. I feel like I finance the show. That's not fair to me or to the model when you see 40 people watching but none tipping.

Anyway, I think that it's up to the model to make what they can. I think that the best models here don't ever ask for privates or sit there being jerks either. They show their personalities, draw people in, and make them loyal. A great personality is the key to success on this site, I think. The best models here have a way of getting people to enjoy their company no matter what status their room is in...public, private, semi-private, etc.

I am just thinking that the model could enter the party on their side much the same way they go on a break. (They could poll the room prior to enambling the party to see if there is enough interest for one.) The screen would notify members the model is in a party chat just like when they are on break. Then from our side we could click on an enter party button making a credit option screen appear. The more credit you purchase the longer you can stay in the party. Just a suggestion.

In addition to above I think the credit options for this party chat system should allow more time/credit than the standard CPM rates. This lower rate could make parties more attractive for all members. And the model would still regulate x-number of credits to do certain requests. Also the site should make a credit purchase option for those already in the party. This would enable members whose time is running out to remain if so desired.
