I think there are very many models and very few members online recently.

Jack is definitely worth visiting. He's a great guy and very hot.

The site has been more quiet than normal. This happens sometimes. Also, some other similar sites have improved themselves a lot.

Have you and Cupidonn thought about doing a few shows together? That would be good for business. And it would be good to see some VOD as a lot of us want to watch a video before paying for a private.

I wonder if the situation that occurred on April 1st has anything to do with lighter traffic on the site. A promo offered different bargains to different members. Many felt this to be unfair (including myself) Just a thought.

I don't think it helped at all. Made even worse by the complete lack of immediate action to remedy the situation.

I am now extremely careful. I check with other members in chat rooms to find out if the offers differ.

I was just going to make the same point, Zipper. Jack has started a parallel topic about whether he should go back to having shared VODs.

There are a number of models who are very successful and who do shared VODs which everyone can watch: William Haley, Damian I, Lance A, Mister Denis, Gohann, Nox, Justin Master and Zethy R are a few that spring to mind. I also see that some of their shared VODs have a large number of views, which must bring in extra income for the models.

I certainly like to look through a model's VOD collection, including any reviews, before deciding to have a private show. The thumbnails and the 12 second preview can be very helpful.

A couple of days ago I asked a model to do a private show with the same sexy poses that I had spotted in one of his VODs. I am not sure that I would have asked for the show if I hadn't seen the VOD.

Jack and Cupidonn are both lovely, and I have had party shows and short private shows with both of them. Wish I could spend more time with them.

Hello !
since when I have not become vid s I became more and much better! I got better and began to fight for top places in the ranking! many people want to watch for free such as party chat or watch a VOD s they are very cheap! but why not ask for a multi-user I'm always happy to help and make a cheaper rate!

after they no longer had VOD s!! I began to grow dramatically in the rankings and like 7 months for me, this site has become the most important, unlike other! and all those who now come to me for my number one!

Quite right, Jack. You know from your own experience what works for you. You have often been in the top 10% without having any shared VODs, and I remember those hot parties a couple of months ago where you were getting lots and lots of tips.

I just realised that most of the successful models that I mentioned in my previous post include anal, self-sucking or some other skill as part of what they offer. The VOD collection, including reviews, gives potential customers a good idea of what a model can do and how well they do it. Customers have more confidence in going private if they know the model can deliver what they want.

The replies here from John Fire, ZipperP and chinmusic are probably more helpful to you than mine. Some party chats with different models in the last 2 weeks haven't attracted more than about 10 users, so the overall number of users may be down at the moment as they suggest.

btw I see you have just changed your bio pic. I have just looked at the 4 new pics you have added to your bio page. #1 is fun. #2 is the best, I think. Not so keen on #3. #4 is OK. Just my :twocents

Also I would add Spring/Summer is here and people are spending more time outside. That will reduce the time and drive for indoor sports.

On the VOD side, I would recommend you share some select VODs. You don't have to share whole shows, but work with a member who will go into PVT for say 5 minutes at a time, and in those 5 minutes make it like an advertisement for the services/features you want potential customers to know about. The trick is to provide enough to hook the new customer without providing too much so they don't need to go private.

Jack, it's not quite time for you and Cupidonn to retire. (Your remark was very funny, by the way.) You have many old friends and Flirt4Free has new visitors every day who would like to know you and see you perform.

Here's what would attract lots of customers,I believe. You and Cupidonn should do a show together, but announce it ahead of time in this forum. If you did all the things customers of couples' shows expect to see, I believe you'd do well at it, at least for a while, and maybe for a long time. Someone else suggested this in one of the threads and I agree.
