I commented in another thread about customer service however I thought it needed a topic of it's own. I believe CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most important quality to "any" business. Here is the post I made in another thread and then I would like to ask for specific comments:
You know...In my REALITY job I am a manager for a mid size chain of stores. I am pretty successful and I guess I am kinda ole fashion THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. When the customer is wrong....we make it right. In Andy and my room we try to make EVERYONE welcome whether you tip or prvt or just chat and even just watch. I understand that many of you are window shopping NOT IMPULSE buying. If you have a good time in a room where you didn't spend a cent I think most would come back and do whatever they can. I love the "security" of having regulars in my room even if they don't talk much or very little. When I see you in our room a lot I might assign you a job i.e coat check guy, usher, host, bouncer....I guess I am a bit strange hahaha My point is...life is to short to make demands...if you like what we do and if it makes you smile...I am sure the payment we make will more than be enough...even if it's just good will. Feel free to window shop our room BUT BEWARE...you may walk away as the "coat check guy"

I would like to know some GREAT customer Service you received in the PUBLIC CHAT area not private. I would like to know as well as everyone else who is professional, fun, personable, and inviting when they haven't made a penny yet from you. A room that you enjoy going into and just hanging out. Somewhere you know you will find inviting whether or not you spend money on the model or not. I think this might be helpful for other customers who have not yet taken a model prvt but would like to know who they could visit without being degraded if they don't "at that moment" take them prvt or shower them with tips. So.....TELL US THE FUN ROOMS!!!!

Giving good customer service is hardly "ole fashion"-ed. It is to be expected and demanded with any place of business. I will never subscribe to some member's and some of management's belief (look at the threads) that if you are mistreated, you move on to the next model.

Thank you for your words of wisdom, which I enthusiastically, vociferously and wholeheartedly share. Wouldn't it be great if that motto were somehow scroll posted on every model's page when they are on duty and in chat? The constant reminder would be of use to those who may be tempted to stray and at least be subliminally read by the most stubborn.

The above model postings I also echo with some exception. The exception is that a few I don't know. As with any customer, we have different taste and preferences and that is not to detract from any of the above mentioned individuals, whom I have yet to visit with.

Happy Holidays to all!

There are some that just make a general comment about wanting/needing a pvt.. that's ok with me. After all they ARE working here. However, I would like to add to the list

Chase King
Aaron Lane

as well as many of the others that have already been posted.

Nice thread, I'll be sure to stop in a few rooms that have been listed that I ahven't been to before. Thanks all for the contributions!

AND... :party

Happy Holidays!

I totally agree with you.

It is unfortunate to know that our society is seeping away from the reality of traditional customer service. Not just here, but much so everywhere.

It is great to know that people like you (and those mentioned above) still grasp the aspect of quality, not quantity.

Looking forward to seeing you around =]

Customer Service is so very important, especially when there are so many models to chose from. I forgot to add a name to this growing list...

Sebastian Hilton.

Wow, what a man. Great in open, fantastic in pvt, kind, funny... a good time will be had in his room if you decide to check him out.

Great idea highlighting the true professionals

We have missed a few names:

Firstly Izzi. This man is true customer service. He cares for his friends in chat, remembers you and really looks after his regulars.

You also need to meet Krischnan - funny, kind and just an all round gentleman

I see we have already mentioned the Aussie icon Chase King

These names need to be added to the many above that i have already met, the others I hope to meet soon.

Yeah, don't forget Izzi. He doesn't care much for party chat but he is awesome in private. He does get into your head. He's got a great imagination and uses it well. He's easy to talk to and very friendly.

Yeah, O-kay if you want examples of true customer service in the Open room this list needs to start with individuals who don't constantly ask for privates verbally or by some code like a certain someone who waves his toys in front of the camera signaling he wants to be taken pvt all the time. Asking for privates gets old much the same as the asking for free peeks. Talking in open is preferred but not required. If a room's host has a good personality and conducts their room with confidence and is fun to visit that is good customer service. So, Sean Holmes, Jack Mchawk and Bobby Coxx need to be on this list, if not heading it up.

Masterdave,
We need to start a WEBATHON to bring Elijah to Arizona for a weekend so him and Andy can cam together. That would be such a steamy hot show!!! I am sure they would break all F4F records and leave the site HOT AND WET!

MAKE IT SO
