I am going to post a reply in the thread specific to his feature show, but I will also answer you.

When the feature show first started, there were video issues on his end. We asked that he lower some of his video settings, to reduce the quality, but at least ensure a steady, less crisp stream.

Unfortunately, due to his internet connection, it was not able to handle the load.

I definitely apologize for the frustration it caused, but the issues were unrelated to our system, and were not from our end. We tried the best we could to still make the show go on, but it got to a point where it needed to be ended prematurely. It was not good for WYLLIS, who was also getting very frustrated, and it was not good for the site.
