I've got a couple suggestions:

As stated in the other thread, I've seen some performers have an incredibly difficult time dealing with rude and abrasive greys in the rooms. The people are booted and they just keep coming back to abuse the model. It really wrecks the environment and ultimately flirt. Stronger measures such as IP bans, username bans and proxy bans NEED to be taken. It's disgusting the way some of the performers are abused.

Secondly, please for the love of god, you have some incredible models you can use for features, yet you offsite most of them to Falcon (don't get me wrong, their men are amazing, but I wanna see more of my men) or Flirt models no one has heard of. I couldn't tell you enough how "happy" it would make me and MANY other members I've talked to to see someone such as Stefano, Cavan, Westley and Zalmoxe in a feature show together. That would simply be incredible. It doesn't even have to be all of them in the same show together (because I know all of them don't live by eachother), but please pair some of your FOTM or other requested models up and do a great feature with them. (And third concern) For the love of god actually upload the videos. I remember I left Flirt a while back because of the fact that you'd have a live feature, and up to (literally) 4 months later it won't be uploaded. Now I know it takes time to convert the video, but if it's taking you 4 months, your company needs additional staff or better management.
