We haven't heard anything back from Cadeo . . . . We'll do our best to continue to try to get in touch with him.

Wow! I am not sure if I am up to it today . . . after 5 days at Royal Ascot races . . . I am somewhat knackered.
So I wouldn't mind if it were "postponed to a date to be fixed" as we say in horse racing when a meeting has been rained out.
I will never complain about Melbourne's weather again. Its summer in Britain but it has rained almost every day . . these huge rain showers were spazmodically sweeping across the track.
But Royal Ascot is just such a great 5 days of racing.
In fact my favorite race each day happens before the actual first race. It's the Queen's Procession as she arrives in the horse driven coaches down the 100 metre
straight . . . . and what color Hat she is wearing.
I had been betting on Blue all week and YAAY . . . she wore a BLUE HAT on the third day. . . . well actually turquoise . . . but that's blue so 5/1 was nice.
If you fancied the Queen wearing a baseball hat you could get 500/1 . . . and a bandana 1000/1 . . . . you probably would never live long enough to collect .
BUT . . I reckon the QUEEN is looking better than ever. She is just gorgeous . . . so gracious and knowledgeable about horses. She adds such TONE to the place.
I'm so glad Australia still has the Queen . . . . I just wish America could have a Queen . . . .

.

. . . I think there is still more champagne in my veins at the moment, eh?
