THERE MUST BE A REASON WHY MODELS( NEW AND OLD) ARE QUITTING
AT ALARMING RATES.
JUST IN 4 MONTHS WE HAD AN ENORMOUS INFLUX OF NEW FACES....
SOME HOW THEY NEVER RETURNED AND THEY ARE MISSED.
NOTHING MORE ANNOYING THAN MAKING A FRIENDSHIP AND BUILD A TRUST WITH A MODEL AND SUDDENLY THEY ARE GONE FOR GOOD!!!
WHAT'S GOING ON??? EVEN THE LONG TIME MODELS ARE DESSAPEARING...!!!
OUR LOSS.....!!!
SOME ONE BETTER LOOK INTO IT.

Dude you cannot stop people moving on if they want too.Some models are only here for a short period anyway.For me it is good that the models are not the same all the time otherwise it would be come very boring.A change is as good as a rest dude !!! keep smiling !!

Most models are young and are using this as a stepping stone to better their life (ex. help pay for schooling)... I congratulate any model who is able to get closer to their dream even if they will be missed.

do you mean in 3 to 5 weeks they have enough for a college education.?
i'm reffering to guys that do 8 to 10 shows of 3 hours each and,.....bah bye!!!.
i don't aspect them to stay here forever either...i'm all out for progress and advancement also...but
most of them don't even warm up the seat...

...forget about getting friendly with them,they don't give you the time. they are gone as quickly as they came.

louisphillippe, I believe there has always been a high turnover of models on this site, however I agree that it seems to have become worse recently

I think the reason for the high turnover is simple ... there are always way too many models online for the volume of traffic the site generates. Often we see 30, 40, or even 50 or more models online (on the guys side), with usually only a few, if any, in private ... consequently, it's a buyer's market

Unfortunately greedy studio managers make the mistake of thinking that the more models they have online the more money will be generated for their studio. They fail to realise that the more models they have online the less money each model will earn, on average, because additional models do not generate additional traffic

Consequently, average model earnings are declining. It's not unusual these days for models to sit online for up to 8 hours, putting up with the repetitive questions, the abuse, and the beggars, without even earning enough money to pay their fare to and from the studio

The inevitable result of this is that models quickly become disillusioned and leave, or their studio terminates them for lack of private minutes

Studio managers aren't worried about high turnover, in fact many of them actually benefit because they receive an introductory bonus for each new model they bring in. And for every model who leaves or is terminated there are always plenty more waiting to take their place

And Flirt4Free isn't worried about high turnover because they know there are always more than enough models online for the volume of traffic through the site

So, nobody is likely to "look into it", as you suggest

Unfortunately, I believe the problem is likely to get worse before it gets better

yes, and of course the exam season is on in SPB at moment which also has an effect on models being on f4f.

My particular favourite told me he will not be online for about 5 weeks because of his study. He has had to forgo his earnings from last month,to allow him to be absent for these few weeks........................ his fee to manager for not being able to be here...........................what a system !!!

Some of the quick turnover can also be due to models going online thinking they will be instantly making money based on their looks or cock size but forgetting that if they cannot chat in english chatters will not take pvt.

and the low pay and superabundance of models is the most obvious one and even the lack of broken English....too many kids to divide a small cake between all of them.

Hi guys. Dont know whether this merits a new topic or is really a continuation of the old one, but it refers to turnover, so here goes.

Looks like there has been another clearout, or turnover, as several favourite models of mine have disappeared off the bio list. I have been logging on to the site since March of this year - a relative newcomer, and since that time, I have noticed that models disappear, but occasionally reappear again.

I also know of a few lucky models who are travelling abroad - some having liaised with clients and going visiting, others who are simply able to take a few weeks off on their own travelling around.

Those of you who have a few years experience of this site under your belt, is there a regular thinning out of models at this time of year due to holidays, and can we expect to see a few familiar faces to return again in September, or have we to forget and move on....... as they must do.

One model in particular I will miss - Rikkos from SPB. He has his own style, and was very animated in the open room, but despite being attractivem rarely seemed to get any private time. Maybe that is why he is no longer with us ...... is manager simply added up the minutes and made the decision to slip his noose. Does anyone know what happened to him? (Oureffie, you are well-informed. Do you know?)

bolendo, in regard to turnover of models I can't say much more than I have already said in my previous post in this thread. There hasn't been a sudden "clearout" recently, it's an ongoing feature of the site. Models who don't get sufficient private minutes are either terminated by their studio or they become disillusioned and leave of their own accord. Obviously studios will not keep models on if they are not producing revenue for the studio. Some studios automatically terminate their lowest income earners each week and start new ones

Also, as Rox mentioned, June/July is exam time in Saint Petersburg, and many models take time off for study and exams. And having completed their exams many of them take their summer holidays. Saint Petersburg is a city of universities, and young people from all over Russia go there to study, returning to spend time with their families at this time of the year. You can expect some of the missing models to start re-appearing on the site over the next 6 weeks or so, but others, sadly, are gone forever

I don't know for sure what happened to Rikkos, but I suspect he was terminated by his studio. He was one of my favorites too, and I rather feel we will continue to communicate. His English is not good at all, but we always understand each other perfectly

I think you were right about some of this; most of it in fact. One point though; i heard that there are no bonuses for new models, some of the studios ruined that a long time ago by abusing it like you mentioned. I've heard it's becoming harder to find models who stick around, because they don't make money as quickly because of the flooding of talent you mentioned. They get discouraged and leave before they ever build a following. Who can blame them though, since they do put up with a lot of garbage in free chat. I know i wouldn't want to listen to that for 8 hours if i wasnt making no monies.

boldendo, I'm happy to report that Rikkos is alive and well and living in St Petersburg. He is just as "animated" in real life as he was in his room. He now has a real job which keeps him busy, and his girlfriend is a sweetie
