because they are just chatting with us and not going to take us in pvt they are spending out time which is costing money. and my time is costing not small money - 80 cpm!!!!

Hold on a second there Wilder. Forgive me if I misunderstood anything you previously posted here but I must say interaction in free chat, among other things, is what entices quite a few members into private. However that time is FREE it does not cost you 80 CPM. It isn't correct to say free time is costing you income. You can't really put a price on time in free chat except that the better rapport you have with members the more privates you are likely to have. I have taken my favorite into private when I see them being talked to by chatters you desctribe. They are usually most appreciatative. Do your regulars do the same for you?

Another thing regarding the level of CPM you command. First let me say good for you but I was in a room last year and the model was telling the room he was premiere status as if he deserved some extra consideration from the members. To this I respond the level you all charge is directly related to what members will pay. If you weren't getting taken into private at 80 what would you do, lower your rate?

Hey there you are being a bit Hypocritical, I seem to recall where you started a thread to advertise yourself doing a one hour art/painting private.

So perhaps you should think first before you post, also remember your rude manners here before got you asked to take a break from posting by managment !!! are you going to let that happen again ?

dude that thread was about advertising (and if you read carefully you will understand i was not advertising either, i guess you just have to read more carefuly), this one was not, this one was about members keeping silence, so many rude dudes around here if they start banning from forum wont be nobody to post anymore, so stop acting like girls and mind your busyness, in fact, i feel you are beeing rude to me, so watch out, maybe you will take a break from the forums

Sorry you feel that way... I have time for everyone in my chat room, whether they're paying or not. Many members have expressed rudeness from models that have told them things like "pay or get out, quit wasting my time." I realize not all models can keep up with every chatter in their rooms, especially if there's a language barrier. I too have lurkers... I don't mind them, though I really prefer everyone participate and talk.

I can attest to that to that. You are very welcoming in your room and talk with everyone who wants to talk. You are a sweeheart :angel

Just an Opinion * If a person comes into a models room and does not at least say Hi when spoken to then yes thats rude. Reguardless if the customer understands the model's language or not they should still at least if they say nothing else, say Hi. But do understand as well we are aware some people dont like their name to be called out either. There is also the whisper feature as well, so the down low thing is out of the question. For example in our room, if you dont have credits to have some fun , we would at least be happy if you came by anyways for a chat from time to time. :angel

So that would leave this Topic question to be only awnsered by the Obvious. lol

Now I know Wilder's english isnt perfect, so I want to be careful not to "ASS U ME" that he said something he did not... but in general its a free chat site... and some of us just like to read/hear the chat and may not feel motivated to participate at that time... I would think that if you have a person in the chat room thats not going to take you prvt you would prefer not to have to chat with them? I know some folks like Basil are super friendly and like to BS are ok with it. If I'm asked to leave a chat room... I leave... For example I was in a party chat and the model said his boss will kick any non-tippers before he cums... so I left on my own... cause I had no creds and felt it was the right thing to do...

Frankly, if i go into a chat room its because I find that models body a work of natural art... Shit, if someone felt that way about me I would be incredibly grateful and humbled... they could sit there all day and worship me with thier eyes :smoking

I would like to point a few things out about this topic.

1. When someone is in the room not saying anything, they could be away from their keyboard or watching TV or working on something else at the same time.

2. If the chatter is working on those 60 boost points, there is a very good chance that the chatter intends on using them on the model whose room they are in sitting idle.

3. If a model has a problem with idle people, they should kick them out of the room, which is not the same as a ban. A ban gets people angry and invites retaliation. If a model doesn't know the difference between a kick and ban, they should not ban anybody until they find out.

4. It IS annoying to chat to someone and not get a response. That goes both ways. If a model says something to a chatter and gets ignored, it is annoying to the model. If a chatter says something to a model and gets ignored, it is annoying to the chatter and hurts the model because the other people in the room see that the model is unresponsive and not paying attention to the chat.

5. From a model's standpoint, I would prefer chatters to not flood the room with spam. If they aren't going private, the chatters should minimize their chat and let the paying customers have the full attention of the model. Most of my comments are intended to assist the model in some way.

Sometimes you can blame the system. Often I will be waiting for a model to exit private chat and just minimize the Firefox window. If they logoff or go into an extended break, the system will dump me into another model's room. Until I check, I will be one of those silent people. Its not intended. I don't like this behavior. I wish it would just move me back to the main page.

This has been discussed in other forum topics. However, nothing has changed. I don't like the dumping into a room either, I guess it's just something we will have to get used to.

Really? You should be able to kick people. I was not aware that you could not simply kick people from your room. You could do it by restarting your camera/room or going off briefly, but that would kick EVERYONE from your room. That should be looked into more. I don't mind being sent into another room, but I do get pissed at bans.

Why do you disagree with the 2nd one? Haven't you been getting power boosts?

I think it is great that you take the time to participate in the forums!

Once again, I think models should have the ability to kick users out of their room without banning them.

I totally agree kicking would be a great ability to have on here. I was just asking because your post seemed to say that you've seen models kick users before, so I'm wondering how they did that. Maybe this was a while ago and it was removed?

As for the boosts, I've had several users tell me that they do exactly that. The thing is that many models will give peaks (and much much more) for just boosts rather than credits. One user with a very particular fetish told me a model did everything he asks for in private in free chat in exchange for a promise of all his boosts. Therefore many members save all or most of their boosts for them, but I'm guessing they don't want to spend ALL their time in those models rooms.

TOMCRUISE, 60 points for a power boost is so minimal! You would have to do 60 minutes in five different models rooms just to be able to give the smallest power boost there is. I can't imagine it being worth the time to do this.
