No offense, but you don't know what you're talking about. It was because of my politeness that I got screwed over. I wanted to take him pvt, so I asked him first - he asked me to wait, because he was in the middle of another pvt and the guy's browser died so he wanted to wait for him. I politely said ok (first mistake). Then when he finished with him, I asked if he was ready for me. He asked me to wait a few minutes, and before I could take him another guy snuck in first (my second mistake). Then when he finished with him I asked him if he was ready for me. He wanted to take a break, so he said to wait for him. So I waited. And waited. And waited. He never came back. Well, now I'm never coming back, and you're right, I won't be missed (obviously).

If the break was about 10:30pm Berk has a tendency to not come back from those breaks. I was told that he does most of his "non f4f pvt" chats then. Berk is not near as nice as he use to be, popularity has gone to his head and I've seen him ban someone just because they asked him twice to stand and turn around. Berk has made alot of promises to alot of people, maybe it is finallly catching up with him

No, it was earlier than that. He had already made me wait an hour for him while he went to pvt with the other guys - he knew perfectly well I was waiting for him to pvt. Next time I see him I will go in his room to ask him if he ever got my email. It's certainly possible he never got it. But you're right - I think he puts on the nice guy act to attract customers, but then has no problem blowing them off. I've had so many models pull this crap of telling you they will be right back and never returning - they almost never have a good excuse and they rarely even apologize for it.

How do you know that he ever got the e-mail? I have had experiences where models have said they didn't get my e-mail, perhaps they are being less than truthful, but I have no way of confirming that. As screwed up as F4F can be at times, I would usually believe that the system messed up.

I think the best solution is for MuscleStud to talk to Berk ("whisper" works very well) when he is back working again. Don't automatically condemn the model without giving him a chance to explain what happened.

Well, I did finally get a chance to talk to Berk online. He claims he never reads email, so he never saw mine. And, exactly as I expected, he had no apology, no excuse, nothing to say about what he had done to me. So maybe your precious Berk is not as wonderful as everyone seems to think he is - he puts on a good show, but that's all it is - a show. He is a big phony, and I am very happy to never visit his room again. I only hope that enough people realize what he is really like so that they don't do something stupid like voting him Flirt of the Year - that would be a crime.

My God , You would think that berk had attempt to kill you or something , Jeez - he went on break and did not return , whatever his reason for this its not the end of the world musclestud !!! from what you said previously its not his fault that he wanted to let the first guy back to pvt to finish his show ( that actually shows he is good to his customers ) and then someone else jumped into pvt before you did - that happens every day here .

There are two sides to every story, and here at the moment there is only one side being posted !!!!! You are of course entitled to voice you opinions Musclestud , My personal experiences with Berk have always been positive and I believe he is a good Guy ( just my personal opinion ) .

Based on what I have read in this thread I for one will not change my opinion of Berk.

That's exactly right, there are two sides. That's why I went to talk to Berk, to give him a chance to express his side (and apparently he didn't have one, or didn't feel I was worth the trouble to give it). He's very nice to people when they are singing his praises (because that means money). Most models here don't give a sh*t about the customers - they only care about making money from them. I thought Berk was different, but I found out differently, that is all. No big deal to me - I just hate to see him get accolades that another more deserving model should be getting. I don't expect anyone to change their mind because of what I've said. Only experiences of their own will cause them to do that.

The purpose of this business for the models and especially their bosses is to go private and make money. Models who don't perform up to a certain expectation can lose their jobs. There are a lot of good looking young guys in these countries who are waiting for their chance. Just look at the number of "fresh faces" you see every day.

My guess is that very few of these models get a lot of enjoyment out of just sitting at a computer and chatting with faceless customers, some who promise them the world, or doing things that they really hate in order to make a few dollars (or pesos, euros, rubles, etc).

And believe it or not, some of them can be having a bad day (tough exams, family problems, etc) and still must try to be on their game to get people into their rooms. And expecting him to share personal reasons why he might not have come back to work that night - none of our business. I have to give them props for being able to do this job and frequently tolerate jerks who treat them like slaves.

I agree with you guys. Some models get too big-headed- true- but at the end of the day they don't owe anyone an explanation about anything no matter how much money that person has spent on them. If a model pisses you off then go elsewhere and know that their true colors will shine through to the masses eventually. Otherwise you are paying for entertainment only and are not owed a dime of a model's personal time once the show is over. Whatever personal time/attention-including emails since they don't get paid for that- a model gives you is pure icing. Other than the fact that the models are taking their clothing off and getting off for you, its no different than asking the customer service rep at your cc company to call you back later that night when they are off of their shift "just to talk" because you are a valued customer

I am surprised he did not give some excuse if you had taken him private before. He use to have some great sex privates but seems to do more talking privates now. Do you do sex privates or talking privates? Did the other guys just talk? If so maybe that is why? He knew they would just talk and give him time to rest????

Of course that does not explain the promise to return to you after his break he nver returned from.

Well guys you don't have to worry about Berk being FOTY since they have ended that program. And as far as feeling slighted because you didn't get reasons for anything - he really doesn't owe you any - nor do any of the models. If you have somehow been offended - go elsewhere. Considering how popular Berk has always been he doesn't have time to be a full-time university student, work on F4F and answer what probably amounts to quite a few e-mails from adoring fans.

There are a lot more significant issues in this world (and on this web site) than getting one's feelings hurt by a model.

I HAVE had models be rude to me - and you know what - I just don't go back to them. And if it is egregious I contact customer support. I do not call them out by name or go on ad nauseum about them in these Forums.

Our personal experiences are probably not going to change anyones mind on a model who is their favorite and who has not slighted them. And now that the only way we can vote is with our $$$ without FOTM/FOTY, then just go spend your money elsewhere.

You choose to complain to the model's boss thru Customer Service, probably even tried to get your money back.
He chose to complain here, you chose to complain there. But you critcize him because he critcizes one of your favorites. Pot meet kettle!!

From your copy, you posted,of the e-mail you received from customer service you posted in another subject thread, it seems they may think you are the site's worst complainer. Then you critcize others for complaining.

And I admitted that I was whining. so what is your point? They charge a lot of money on this site .. and services are getting worse. And yes, I am now going to other sites as well.

You obviously had a bad experience with Berk. I have not. I have wanted to go private with a model and had someone else get their first. They don't take reservations! End of story. Shit happens.

Oh yeah, and as far as me being the worst complainer of all - go back through the multiple pages of threads on this web site. I am still one of the rookies - however I am not going to waste my time tallying up the posts by name. Maybe you will do that for me. It wouldn't surprise me. lol

I have been a frequent "guest" in Berks room for quite some time. And that is exactly what we are in any models room -- a guest. Sure we buy time and share it with the models but they don't owe us anything. If another chatter jumps and is quicker at the pvt button then so be it, just wait. I have seen Berk jump from pvt into another pvt within seconds of coming back to open chat on many occassions. If he hurt your feelings it was not intentional, perhaps you should find out who took him pvt and bitch at them. Not that it would get you any further than you have got now other than having to be on the defensive. I for one feel badly for the guy because of all the pressure he has on him at all times. Always having to be pleasant, and the few times he has been sharp with a chatter they have deserved it. You can only expect so much out of a person regardless of this being their job. He keeps his room flowing pretty smoothly at all times, answering and talking to everyone. I have seen no other model be as giving in open as he is to all the requests (show us what ur wearing, dance for us, flex, etc...). And yet you get upset over something as simple as this. What does it matter if you had to wait an extra day to go to pvt, maybe (and i bet he was) he was tired of all the constant bs that people throw at him everyday. I wouldnt want to be the one in front of the camera having to be pleasant to every tom dick and harry that comes along. Would you? And as far as having to explain himself or even apologize for has actions --pfft-- your only a name on the screen.

And as far as another model deserving the now none existant FOTY title there is not one. Berk puts more into his show and pvts than any other model here. He would have been very deserving of the title.
