I question all the fines imposed by studios,recently I was pvt in a room with a model,but unfortunately due to me having to stop the pvt, the model was thrown back into the open room,and was nude,I understand the model was fined a total of $75 MADE UP OF 30MNS PVT TIME AND THE REMAINDER IN CASH.This seems harsh considering the model had no opportunity to take evasive action and was no fault of theirs.. Is there no discretion given here at all? if not why not?

Ok - I will have to trust what you are saying is accurate. My issue was not that they did nothing wrong, only that it was my understanding they were fined on a first offense (which I was told was not company policy). If you know these specific cases, then I'm assuming you know that these were in fact NOT first offenses. If that is the case then I thank you for setting me straight.

NP musclestud, I know it's hard to make sense of things sometimes when you don't know the whole picture. As for you W8, $75 is not a fine amount we impose. $25, 50, and then 250 if the behavior has still not stopped, and then they are subject to possibly being removed for a period of time or completely in the most serious offenses. The model's studio may have added an additional fine on top of ours, which is up to the studio's discretion. For the most part though, the studio heads have the models pay the full amount or a % of the total, and not an extra amount. It is however up to their own discretion, as they have the contract with the models, and the models all are given a set of rules they need to follow. As for the violation itself, we would never fine someone for being nude in their room if they were suddenly switched. We review video footage to make sure in these sort of circumstances. However, the models always have the option of putting the break sign on momentarily while the put clothes on, which is following procedure. Our system is not setup to have models be kicked back into open, because if this was the case, this would be happening all the time, and not just in this instance. Like I said before, we are very careful with our violations, and will not give one unless there is documented proof that the offense occurred, and was the model's fault, and not a mistake. I hope this clears it up for you guys.

Thanks for your detailed reply Jamie. It sounds to me like the individual studio is imposing their fine on top, because I know in the cases I was siting the fines were $100 for those 2 offenses. As you said, it is up to their discretion, so you guys have no control over it. It's just unfortunate.

These are realy sensible words, thanks LuisPhilippe. Exept LouisPhillippe, that models in SPb are payed $0,9 dollar per minute pvt- and that theire studios rob 40% of the tip.

It's realy disgusting to see how Flirt always try to walk away from their responsability in this matter.
As if those studios are not working for them, and that Flirt can't make the rules for those studios.

This is realy nonsens, Flirt pays the studios- so Flirt makes the rules, that's how it works in every other bussiness, as long as it's legal. If you pay the bill- than you decide what you are paying for.

Alas, this is sexbussiness, and for Flirt- it seemed that there is no need for normal rules.

But how legal is that in a democraty and how far does your feelings go for justice?. I think that Flirt knows all to well that countrys like Russia, have no democraty- only corrution in every way, so no normal rules, not to speake about normal law and human rights, and for sure not in the sexindusty. And just from coutrys like that- most models are from.

Maybe thats why Flirt has no intention to work on those workingconditions, but as it looks now- they don't want to try anything to do about it, they give us only exuses, who does't make sence.

But again: They pay- so they make the rules, that's how it is.

If Flirt doesn't want us to suspect them from being robbers too, than they have to do a lot to improve the workingconditions for the poor sexworkers in the studios they pay. The sooner the better!

I also agree with Appel. I am shocked at how little pay the models get, when we pay quite alot - $6 per minute is very expensive. I would like to hear from the Flirt monitors on these topics... but where are they? Frustrating!!!

I also have questioned the horrid and unfair way the models are treated when it comes to money. We pay $6 a minute for pvt. Why cant a model get at least 2 dollars from that? or even $1. And the fact that even a tip, which is a way to personally thank a model by tipping extra money - even this is confiscated at a rate of more than 40% i understand. Then of course the very harsh and strict rules which all end in a fine are so unfair that it sickens me mentally and spiritually-- really. My heart is with all the models and yet in the end they are happy to at least have work so they don't make a habit of complaining. Its a sad state of affairs but we truly live in a world where money is god and profit margin is the ultimate goal not how we treat each other as humans....geena

I agree with your points: many studios are over-zealous when it comes to fines and these studios should be penalised accordingly. Do they ever stop to think how long it takes a model to earn $1000....or how far such a sum would go in some of these poorer countries? I recall one incident when Christian was fined for falling asleep--the poor lad had been studying at college all week and done two 12 hours shifts here not for greed, but because he needed the money. On saying this it is up to us to work out which models are genuine, and which ones try to pull the wool over or eyes. Giomm, as quoted, is a gentleman, but there are exceptions to the rule. For example, there have been instances of models (Metiz and Xerx spring to mind) who have said they were fined, when this was not the case, so that some of the suckers amongst us will "bail" them out.

Hello boys, interesting thread.. Can someone explain to me why is it necessary to have middlemen studios interacting between models and f4f - surely in the internet era models around the world could - in technical sense - be employed directly with f4f and not have to deal with studios in their local areas. Coming myself from central/eastern Europe (Croatia) I can well imagine that franchised studios in places such as Romania or Russia may well take advantage against the interests of the performer, including application of unreasonable fines. One has to remember that more or less all adult business in those countries, and especially so the male-to-male orientated segment has hardly any social acceptance on local level that would be comparable with California or Western Europe where good looking and professional male models are treated like celebrities. In Romania or Russia, and perhaps to somewhat lesser extent in a more liberal Slovakia or the Czech Republic, they would be - if gone public - be treated something like the outcasts. Furthermore studio-owners in those countries are 1) aware of the social circumstances and of their "holds" over models' future reputations and 2) would often themselves be involved in many other clandestine or semi-legal activities stemming from messy transition to market economy and also lack of proper legal protection for sex workers as well as for LGBT populations. This site really should have its paying clients and models in focus, and perhaps it needs to reconsider, very seriously so, who are the people representing it on the local level in the emerging markets economies, or if they need those people at all. I would say talk to models directly, set up their paypal accounts and send the earning directly to them, manage them from California, and do not let former secret service agents poison future of these lovely boys who, unlike their local bosses, still believe in better side of human nature and hope to improve their lives by giving out to us, quite literally, all they've got!
