I have heard if a model is in the bottom ___ percent they get cut from the site which is understandable from a business viewpoint.

What I am wondering is why some models who haven't been on in over a month are still on the site? Is this not why models are cut so the successful ones can continue and new ones can try?

I understand that this is a second source of income for some models so their real job takes first priority and may not be able to be on regularly.
