what do the colored of the names in chat represent?



Model/Studio = blue
Admin messages = green or purple
VIPs= gold (can also be white if they choose)
registered members = white
unregistered users = gray or grey

There may be others but these are what I've seen as a member.

GRAY chat USUALLY means that the member is unregistered and cannot go pvt even if they wanted to because they have no payment method on record with the site. Grays are usually indicated by the state or country they are in, followed by a number. Grays can also be members who USED to be registered, but whose credit / debit cards have expired. These grays usually are not able to go pvt either, but they do have named aliases. Grays sometimes choose to be gray because they are anonymous other than their ip address. That is why abusive chatters are almost always grays. As a performer, you have some options about grays. You can block them all from your room, SILENCE them all so they can only watch, or in most cases, just allow them to hang around in the room. Sometimes models will log into other model's rooms to get ideas, offer assistance, check things out, create mayhem, etc.

WHITE chat is the most common. That indicates that the member is registered with the site and has a verified payment method, so they can go pvt and tip and pledge, and buy gifts (both real and virtual). Sometimes white chatters are actually gold members who have chosen to be white so they don't get hit up for tips and pvt shows.

GOLD chat indicates a VIP member who is a white chatter that also pays an extra monthly fee for additional VIP benefits such as Daily VODs, gold chat, extra discounts, additional tipping options, and cheaper virtual gifts.

BLUE chat is the model / performer's chat. That is the person you see in the video window.

PURPLE chat is an automated Administrator script that indicates a current promotion or discount. It can also be a model's room TOPIC.

RED chat is an Administrator warning for something such as a party is about to end.

ORANGE chat is an Administrator message indicating things like a welcome message or that a party has ended.

GREEN chat is a rarely seen Administrator message which gives information such as how to buy credits or go private.

As a performer, all you really need to worry about is that grays are good for chatting, but remember that they can't go private nor buy credits - so caving in to their demands or requests is not going to get you any credits. White or Gold members can give you credits. Be careful with gold chatters though. Some are very generous, some just try to bully models because they are gold and think they can get special treatment.
