I can see this developing into a "not very nice" thread, so can I offer some comments as a neutral observer and see if they help.

Although this is a Gay Fantasy forum, it is being increasingly used by models to post messages like "I'm here", "I'm back", "Come and see me" and "Why don't people come and see me?".

Flirt4Free have not provided any other forum where those messages can be posted, and so there is no reason why models cannot post those messages here.

These messages are basically advertising. As a paying customer I find them a little irritating, like most advertising. I am not sure how much they help the models. I contacted Flirt4Free about this a few days ago when a model included a phone number and e-mail address in his message heading. It was quickly removed.

I would add that as these are advertising notices they should be honest and correct.

I do not think Jayson and Juan have done anything wrong by posting a few "Come and see me" messages. Similarly, I don't think Todd did anything wrong by recently posting a "Why don't people come and see me?" message. You can each use whatever approach you think is best.

Well put ronnie_uk. Perhaps it would be a good thing if a forum were added for the purpose of allowing models to advertise as it were. That way customers would have a choice of whether or not they wanted to read them. Personally it doesn't bother me unless there are to many postings in a row about the same subject. A new model did that, and I wrote him an email asking him not to overdo the postings. He replied and thanked me for giving him some advise. I see that he now posts a lot less. Its called promoting yourself, we are all here for a reason ;) Since your a fellow model, i suggest mind yours ;) I believe you posted one for someone to come visit you as well....so whats are you pressed about? lol
