You haven't defined your goal. Is it to build bigger muscles or take what you have and tone it up? As for Dietary... Lean meats like poultry, fish and lots of veggies. As you lose weight you have a tendency to lose muscle mass as well so be sure to increase your protein accordingly. Finally water... water... water.
Thank you
I'm just tired of looking like a retired porn star... If you know what I mean

( I miss my late teens/early twenties )
(muscles have decreased, body fat has slightly increased, strength has decreased, weight has dropped, even shorter an inch in height

)
I would like to reverse these things.
What you have said here in your reply, is very helpful. ( Thank you again

)
Basically I'm just looking for a couple suggestions for better exercise and eating habits. ( Food suggestions, Scheduling & Exercise Techniques )
I'm not interested in getting big and buff. Totally not the look I want. Just miss being 170 lbs. and lean. Seems like my age is slowing down my metabolism
or something. And it really sucks. I don't know many people in my area to ask nor am I in the position to pay a personal trainer. Especially at $12 a minute in Stefano's room

So like I said, just looking for suggestions. Nothing that's going to break my wallet though.
As I mentioned I did get the p90x as suggested and plan to get another video series that was suggested as well. I am sure the videos will help me with the exercise techniques. But not so sure on the healthy eating habits. Any and all suggestions are more than appreciated.
Lastly. I also thought this might be a good topic to bring up in the forums. for a few reasons.
1.) I am not the only, "out of shape" male on the site. So others may read and learn something here.
2.) It can be great conversation. IMHO
3.) I may meet a member with similar interest who may want to meet me. If not at least there are great suggestions.
