Okay seems a few of you are unclear about what and why this is happening I will add what Brad said to one VIP member in past regarding this.
"We have a new process running on the site today which sends an alert to the performer (not visible to customers) when they have been online for more than an hour without a show. The text of the message is in orange and reads as follows:
"
"Administrator (whisper): You have not had a paid show in ___ minutes. You may be kicked offline if you exceed 180 minutes without a show!"

We found that at certain times of the day there are more performers online than necessary and those performers in the bottom 50% (based on sales) get this warning message if they exceed 1 hour in open without a show.
We're not booting anyone with this script (yet), but the rules in the script currently are 3-hours without a show! That's a very long time.
It shows that we're working hard to make the system better for the performers who contribute so much to the site and the performers that so many customers in these forums are fans of.
Spend enough time in the chat or reading the log files and you'll see many of these bottom 50% performers not paying attention to their room, completely off camera or not interested in privates and trying instead to lure customers to Yahoo or MSN for direct shows. Not good.
If you're online for 3-hours without a show; something is wrong.
Thanks and have a great day!
Brad
Okay I will add my point of view on this and It may seem bad they do this at 1st to people that have not been on this site or this type of site long enough to understand why sites like this have put this type of system in-place, not just this site has this type of system to add.
The reasons are as Brad said above, also I have seen many other reasons why this sort of system will incourage performers to "perform" and not sit there sharing personal information and other information not relevant to the chat and the business. Yes remember it's a business here and not a online messenger service like yahoo for example. This site has to pay for bandwidth and for systems that are in-place and needs to be funded if a perfomer makes no privates (money) how does their room pay to be online ? Also many performers seem to think they can come online and sleep or not chat at all recently too, as we know non-chatting performers also = no privates so this system highlights to these performers that they need to change their style. It's not a free ride on any of these sites, put yourself in a situation of hiring someone and all they do is ignore your customers or worse come online and be disrespectful to your customers. It happens all the time on these sites, not saying all perfomers do this but there is the odd bad apple and this system will also filter them out, aswell as the % system they have in place if they don't do enough privates in a set time they are ask to move on too.
Okay I hope this explains these so called new changes they are not that new, just you have not noticed them because they are hidden from the customer end and the general model online does not see them or does not need to worry about them because they are good perfomers and make a decent amount of privates. As a customer if you want to help a performer from being booted or seeing these messages take them private for a short while in each shift and that way you get to enjoy their company and the room stays active longer.

Nabil
