I came with this topic since for a good while now Monitors that suppose to keep the harmony in the chats are uselss, they let rude members talk to us shit, they don't stop them, tonight i had a very unpleasant shift because a one guy "franciscus" and his rude comments, i coudn't focus on my pvts.. got me very angry and almost to leave. Who we can complain to? Getting this shit all night makes be unproductive for the flirt..and in a very bad mood... Are you with me guys?

I would contact Brad or Titus at vsmedia. I have been hearing same on the girls side too recently where monitors ignore requests to ban users that are upsetting the room, be it the performer or other guests. Not sure what is going on recently regarding this but I know of one case regarding one user that bothers one model on the girls side and he comes every night shes on and pretends to be playing nice so the monitors don't ban him but he is rude about her in other rooms and she has caught onto that and asked many times to have him removed from the room but at best they mute the user but they bypass the mute or wait till it times out (10mins in most case) and it all starts again..

Personally I would contact Brad and Titus and have them look into this matter, also the full chat is logged so if you know the time and date when it happened give it to Brad or Titus they can look back into the logs and see what happened and if the monitor on duty made the right or wrong choice.

I would stick their direct email address here but I don't think they would appreciate that and not really a good place to stick it in the forums.

Contacts above and just ask for Brad or Titus when you call or if you email say you are a performer/studio and prove who you are to them and they will hopefully write back with the direct email address if you would like to talk to them via email.

Seems like there are more and more rude members as time goes on. I have been in a number of rooms where members say "take off your shirt" or "show cock" and it is disrupts the flow of the room

Last night I was in one room where a user claimed 2 be "a supervisor and that he could get the model fired" and on and on he did this for 30 min. well lets just say several other chatters began 2 pummel the jerk w/ insults and finally model's monitor responded. IDK what happened 2 this member--he maybe around the site still--i can give you his name if you'd like Arcady

Makes me sad to hear that. I've always heard that there are monitors but some of the stuff I've seen makes me think there not around. Can't you ban the guy that's causing problems? You and the people in your room shouldn't have to be exposed to that crap...

Well that monitor responded me.. but he just set that rude member on silence which expire after a few minutes.. said "sorry" and leaved, thats why are they payed only for that. Everybody expects to do a good job but in this circumstances it's hard to focus o what you have to do. And it's not just 'stand up" and "show cock" those think are little from what some say.. I still ask ..Why are there monitors since they don't care?

Sorry to hear that arcady. i know what you're talking about. there's a certain member on here which i have had head on head encounters with. every time he goes into the room, he starts saying things like "well isn't this chat annoying" "hey, why don't you just tell these guys to leave" among other things to the model. people that know me, know who i'm talking about. no matter what we do, he always comes into the room with a pompous attitued thinking that he's the only one allowed to talk in the room, and for some reason he has it out for me too, saying i don't do anything for that model, that i never take him pvt, so on and so forth, when that is obviously not true at all.

So i see where you're comming from. i would have to agree that they need to start implementing some type of ban on these type of people who come in and disturb the peace of the room. i finally got tired of listening to that guys crap, that i decided to report him, sent in a screen shot of the conversation as proof, and this was on wednesday that i sent it in, but have not heard anything back from customer service, which makes me wonder if they really even care about what's going on.

So i see where you're comming from. i would have to agree that they need to start implementing some type of ban on these type of people who come in and disturb the peace of the room. i finally got tired of listening to that guys crap, that i decided to report him, sent in a screen shot of the conversation as proof, and this was on wednesday that i sent it in, but have not heard anything back from customer service, which makes me wonder if they really even care about what's going on.

I have screen cap of a purported minor on site in free and got a reply of we have sent it 2 a department for review--been several weeks ago now---I try to report any suspicious activities on here, rude members if they cross a line--I feel shouldn't be crossed.
