Male Performer Chat: Flirt Training Course????

One has to wonder if flirt has some sort of training course for new models. Seems quite a few new model tend to just get naked in open chat and massage. Something that might get the guests in the room excited, but as is often the case the chance of most of them getting that membership seems next to NIL.
Frankly any model on the site who starts off just being completely naked has not taken into account if one reveals all the treasures the hunters [members] will not try looking for them [tipping and such].
This is a clear example that the tease factor has long gone from flirt which is a real shame. The saving factor in the site is that there are some classy performers on the site who are well worth checking out for the vision they bring to their chat room.

Fish, I have spoken to one of the members who left, Axel_Harris and he said that when he first came, the more experienced men and some women in the studio in SPB would guide the newbies and give pointers. One of the Bel Ami models, told me that it is the more senior ones that critic and guide the new ones there. There are a lot of "standard" one liners and responses that I have heard, one tends to think that the models and perhaps some of the studio bosses do some sort of orientation/or training to some. Maybe it is just the style of the new models to go full monty first day. Some members love that. Some models have been camming already at other sites or by themselves so they do their own thing when they come. Our expectations evolve and the models will change their styles and we either get used to it or go to other sites.

If you have not yet taken the hint I am not trying to tell anyone be it the site, models or viewers what to do on the site. These are merely my opinions based on what I see & often the whisper feedback. Would like to think my comments might open conversation between members and models to make the site more interest and perhaps more rewarding. It is up to who ever might read what I say to understand this is not a judgement posting, and quite frankly I am quite puzzled by the way you often response which I might add just take as a grain of salt. Hope my response manage to at least give you a bit of a chuckle if nothing else.

I know there is a training center in Prague but usually the studios perform some training. Different expos and summit offer conferences for models to share experiences. Flirt has a lot of instructional material online for model access if they choose to access and read the material.

I see a lot of my favs have Flirt Univ Grad badges so there must be some training program if they want to use it.
